(1) According to rule 196, within seventy-two hours after the conclusion of the general discussion, if a reservation can be made under the provisions of that treaty, or the interpretation of any provision of such treaty can be clearly announced by the Government of Nepal, or if such a proposal is made, to submit an amendment limited to the related matter. The interested member shall give notice of such amendment to the Secretary. (2) The President shall have the right to accept or reject the amendment received as per sub-rule (1) subject to this regulation or to correct it by calling the concerned member or to integrate and approve more than one amendment of the same purpose.
